새크라멘토 한국학교 주니어 봉사단 지원요건 Eligibility Requirements of kssjv

새크라멘토 한국학교에서 최소 1년이상 수업을 이수한 8학년 이상의 지원자
미국 국가와 한국 국가를 유창하게 부를 수 있는 지원자
열정과 소신을 가지고 봉사단에 임할 수 있는 지원자

Applicants in grade 8 or above who have completed at least one year of classes at the Korean School of Sacramento
Applicants who can sing both the U.S. and South Korean national anthems fluently
Applicants who can serve in the volunteer group with passion

대통령 자원 봉사상 The president's volunteer service award (일시 발급중지)

대통령 자원 봉사상이란 봉사단원의 두드러진 봉사 활약을 알리고자 수여하는 국가공인상입니다. 새크라멘토 한국학교는 대통령 자원 봉사상 인증기관으로 등록되어 있으며, 봉사시간을 이수한 봉사단원에게는 그에 맞는 대통령 자원 봉사상을 수여하고 있습니다.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) is a nationally recognized award given to highlight the outstanding volunteer efforts of service members. Korean School of Sacramento is a certified organization authorized to present this award, and grants the appropriate level of the President’s Volunteer Service Award to volunteers who have completed the required service hours.

LEADERSHIP PROJECT

새크라멘토 한국학교 주니어 봉사단은 봉사단원 개개인의 역량과 재능을 살린 리더십 프로젝트를 실행하고 있습니다. 리더십 프로젝트의 목표는 유스 학생들 스스로 커뮤니티에 대한 주인의식을 가지고 자신의 가치를 사회에 환원할 수 있도록 발판을 제공해주는 역할을 하는 것입니다. 커뮤니티 기여를 위한 아이디어를 생각해보고, 계획을 세우고 실행 해 봄으로서 나만의 독특한 리더십 프로젝트를 완성하게 됩니다. 기획의 주체는 단일 멤버 또는 다수 일 수도 있지만, 이 모든 과정을 봉사단원들과 함께 함으로써 팀워크, 기획력 그리고 프로젝트 관리까지 배울 수 있는 소중한 기회가 될 것입니다.

The Korean School of Sacramento Junior Volunteers are carrying out leadership projects that leverage the individual strengths and talents of its members. The goal of these leadership projects is to provide a foundation for youth students to develop a sense of ownership in their community and give back to society by recognizing their own value.

By brainstorming ideas to contribute to the community, planning, and executing them, students can complete their own unique leadership projects. While students take the lead in planning, they go through the entire process together with fellow volunteers, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, planning, and project management.
